    has anyone got an email address for customer services/complaints at littlewoods which actually works?! i've tried 2 including the chief exec and am getting no response, i am so frustrated!!!

  • Should be okay with the £10 and £5 even the £18.50 ones as they were for the majority new customer incentives that were widely available in flyers, newspapers and their website itself...
    I had an £18.50 voucher retracted and i was a new customer. I have argued the toss with them over this for weeks now, and still don;t have my goods in spite of them (unlawfully in my opinion) taking more money from my bank account than I agreed to. By email they agreed to refund the full voucher, then when that did not materialise into my bank they said that a £15 refund would be on it's way, I disagreed with this saying that'd already offered a full refund and where was the rest of it. They said, £18.50 is on it's way......a week later still no sign, I email again and am told "it has been passed on to our finance dept and will be credited to your account in 7 days". That is next Tuesday.

    In the mean time I am looking to see what guarantees my bank offer re VISA transactions on a debit card. I don;t think that they should be able to take more than I consented to. If there is a perceived problem with the order they should contact the buyer in the first instance and not take any money until the order has been delivered (like most online companies I've used).

    If the money gets to my bank within 7 days I'll report back.

    Don't know if anyones chekced their post but I got a £50 off a £100 spend today in the post which was nice. I wont post the code though for obvious reasons.

  • i just called and the chimp (actually thats a bit harsh, im sure a chimp wouldnt be as ignorant as him) that answered the phone did nothing but speak over me. i asked him to hold any further charges to my account (which i never even authorised being set up as i paid by debit card). was told this was not possible and to pay NOW! im now searching for my cheque book to send them 100 25p cheques!
