@moving_forward you might want to give Older and Wider a try. A light hearted look at the slightly older lady.

Oh you need a MUCH bigger secret chocolate stash. You need at the very least a bedside cupboard full of emergency items that no one else knows about!

@FootyFanDan What's your beef? have a lot to catch up on! I used to listen on my commute and would be laughing away to myself but realise it's not everyone's cup of tea.
I love it!! I used to listen to a lot of it on my night shifts whilst doing my admin stuff and I do have some catching up to do also. Yeah I guess it isn't for everyone but I have spent countless hours laughing away to it. The stories are amazing at times but also show some ppl are gross lol

@moving_forward sorry! Wasn't casting any aspersions although let's say I'm twice the clothes size I was 20 years ago @WinterWarrior if I have a big stash of chocolate I'd be four times the size! 🤣

I also have big comfy headphones, earbuds just fall out on me and the headphones were great commuting in winter keeping my ears toasty and good at home blocking out kids and MrM. Win win. 😋

@FootyFanDan I might start catching up tomorrow. Some of them have no shame.😖

  • Snap twice the size I was even 10 years ago. It's all Mr M_F's fault as he encourages over eatting. He maybe getting the blame shifted to @WinterWarrior though seeing how I'm halfway through her diary and every page makes me want more chocolate! All apart from the page mentioning animal poo and her googling of 😂

I love You’re Dead To Me! I’ll check out the Battersea Poltergeist too
Sorry GC missed you there! It's great isn't it? I think because the subjects are so varied. From high heels to football to chocolate.

One of my heartbroken men has returned home. A short text to say everything is ok.  My other heartbroken boy spent part of the evening crying into my shoulder, rudely interrupting my Tesco order 😂  I remember the heartbreak of first love, the agony and pain.  They say they're on a break so I hope this doesn't turn into a relationship that continues in this vein. I won't have enough tissues (or chocolate).

I forgot to do my tilly tidy last night as I was shattered I climbed into bed at 9.15. Watched a bit of the Dog House - love it but I said to MrM - we see 5 minutes of a naughty dog who then becomes very well behaved but this could and probably would have taken hours and hours to get to that point.

I've updated YNAB after yestedays DD clearout of the account. Lot's of pending transactions in the bank account and I need to get petrol as just under a 1/4 tank left and noticed my Tesco are pretty cheap at the moment at £1.38.

Right, I really have to crack on and show I have done some work. I kind of eased myself in yesterday.

    Have a good day everyone.

  • At least one has gone! I hope the other isn’t on again, off again for years 😖 first love is hard!
