They say it should be with me soon, that was at the start of the week. I understand about shipping and weekends and Xmas times, i'm just wondering how long is acceptable to give without the piddle being taken by anyone.
Turns out that they do.
Scroll right to the bottom & click on "shopping guide" It's listed in there.
While it's listed, i personally don't think it's acceptable. It's all fantastic that we can look at it now knowing what we know, but imagine this - you google for a Wii U Controller because that's what you want to buy
You see a website saying PDM Games UK. Everything is priced in UK money & it appears to have been done by someone with a grasp of English. Everything seems UK based. Even at the purchasing section around Xmas it stated a delivery time of before the New Years so that doesn't appear to be Chinese based.
Everything seems fine. You wouldn't think to go checking at the bottom for the possibility of being charged extra an unknown amount.
And if you would then there'll be many more who really wouldn't.
But for now i have to wait on this item arriving, if it ever arrives.
It's coming from China.
It'll probably arrive within 20 business days.
It'll be fake when it does, but they do generally deliver goods to you.0 -
Yeah I'm resigned to the fact it's highly likely to be fake. Especially since they've answered all my questions so far except for one - when I asked if it was a totally genuine Nintendo item as advertised on their website.
Just a question as to whether I then try get them to refund at no cost to me over a counterfeit item or to tell the card issuer & see if they have any weight.
Never been in that position before (fakes).0 -
Ugh. This gets better.
The order has been delivered, except not to my house. I've got to contact my local office and Royal Mail they say.
So I google the phone number for my local office (although I can think of at least 4 post offices around here so not sure which one I'm to select) & then what?
Say hi do you know where my parcel is, I even have a tracker number for you?
To which they may respond - yes this was delivered to the addresss.
Oh really?
Considering I've had numerous parcels delivered lately (including some from China to that address which my brother ordered - nothing gaming) can your postie remember specifically the parcel?
In short I'm just asking how this goes now? If it says delivered how are they to remember that specific item and say exactly where it is?
You can probably tell I've never had to do this before. It surely has to be better set up than how I vision it.0 -
hi. I`ve also just been scammed by these people.
Like you I have had no dealings with them-never even heard of them.
Just hoping to get my money back0 -
