Highly possible neither. More likely pragmatism and common sense. The US has enough internal issues of it's own. Why be concerned with others over which there's no control.

Trump is apparently a fantastic businessman but it's very clear that he can't even count.

Trump has sold a vision to many disillusioned individuals.

Thats because those two photos don't tell the truth. The 2009 photo was taken at the very same time as Obama was being sworn in whilst Fridays photo was take about an hour before Trump had arrived...

Which do you think is closer to the truth?

Those photos showing Trump's inauguration was nowhere near as well attended as Obama's or Team Trump's assertion that "This was the largest audience ever to witness an inauguration, period."?

There's a time lapse video from PBS which reportedly shows that at no time on Friday was The Mall anything like full. I'm obviously in no position to verify it but I know which of the two positions I believe.

Just an extention of his campaign trail. I know that most politicians tend to massage the truth but the refererendum and election this year have sunk to new depths :(

I will wait and see how Mr Trump will perform.
During his campaign and since his election he said a lot of things. Some of which good and some bad.
He can move markets with a tweet it would be nice to know what he will tweet tomorrow and perhaps some people already know.
I hope the "weight" of the office will make him calmer than he presently seems to be.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.
