*New* Help to reclaim packaged bank acc fees?

Hi,

I'm new and trying to figure out how to try to reclaim the fees from my packaged bank account as I know I was mis-sold it. However, whilst I actually remember the conversation about the account I can't remember the year. It was either in 2001 when I was taking out my first mortgage or 2005 when I took out my second. I am fairly sure it was 2001, as I was alone (2nd mortgage was joint). I know I was mis-sold as I very clearly was told that to get the mortgage I needed to take out this account and that I would get cheaper home insurance than any other provider with that account. I realise now that I was mis-sold, but not sure if I can claim as I can't remember the date of that conversation (how do I find out when my account was upgraded?) and because I have an overdraft (which I have been in for many years) and also because I have claimed on the travel insurance and used the breakdown service in recent years.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Thanks in advance!
