Survived the night with the BP monitor but it was very disturbed. One more half hour then it can come off hallelujah.

Have DGD for the day as normal and school run later , don’t think we will be doing much today as I am tired and DGD is under the weather.

PSL I try to be sensible in most things in life but occasionally go off the rails.

Hoping for a low spend day today , have a journey to make North later . Waking up in the lakes will be wonderful.

    That’s it .

Today was going to be a low spend day , but forgot my gym stuff is on its last legs. Went to matalan as I got a five pound off thing. Anyway long gym pants and top £15 pants in the sale and a fiver off £10. Now I need to keep to my plan NO MORE CLOTHES until Easter .

Back home as DGD is very sleepy .
