I can highly recommend Iceland's frozen cauli rice. It comes in four single portions packs you just pop in the microwave for 3 minutes. They also do a greens rice too although I'm not so keen on that one.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Well the Iceland I thought that was closed was actually under refurbishment, so will be going this weekend.
NSD 3 , not much to report , gifted food from parents, they are going to find the sun tomorrow. Had ham and tomato toasties , used from my free stash , grapes and yoghurt .
