  • Dinner sounds nice. Did you put the cauliflower in the food mixer to turn it into rice?

Yes I blitz the cauliflower , then split it up and pop in the freezer till I need it. I cooked it in coconut oil with some onion and added a bit of veg stock.

Beanie, I am going to do some ebaying at some point . I need to get back into surveys , but life is rather busy at the moment.

I will get there, think I have another £30 to overpay after the weekend.

I can highly recommend Iceland's frozen cauli rice. It comes in four single portions packs you just pop in the microwave for 3 minutes. They also do a greens rice too although I'm not so keen on that one.

Well the Iceland I thought that was closed was actually under refurbishment, so will be going this weekend.

NSD 3 , not much to report , gifted food from parents, they are going to find the sun tomorrow. Had ham and tomato toasties , used from my free stash , grapes and yoghurt .

Tomorrow I am having a 24 hr BP machine fitted , this is after visiting the doctor before Christmas, and then a check up for my lung condition all at the same hospital.
