Sorry to hear about your toxic friend, and it's good that you've been able to walk away from it. Very sad though that some people don't seem to mind treating others like that. Don't beat yourself up about the debt. You've taken the reigns with it before it's gotten too out of control :)

Agree with everyone else, don't be too harsh on yourself

Glad the op went well too.

Still no rain in sight though is there? I feel so sorry for all those battling on the tops. It didn't look like it was ready to stop spreading last night :(

Thank you everyone for kind words.

Although my sleep is worse than ever I feel great. I think it's the knowledge that finally that person is no more . Have managed two 11 hour days at work to catch up with last week off. The aircon has helped me as well. My nose is healing amazingly well am chuffed with that.

Two NSD so far and about to do a little CC payment . I have accepted that debt has gone up but am on it again.

Sounds like your time off work has led to a lot of thinking and putting affairs into order.
You will have your debt sorted soon - remember you have to live too as well as debt busting. I know if I set myself unrealistic targets I end up getting down and blowing it - my own worse critic. I came to the realisation as long as they were generally heading in the right direction - life is good.

Pleased you are healing ok and back at work.
