Sorry to hear about your toxic friend, and it's good that you've been able to walk away from it. Very sad though that some people don't seem to mind treating others like that. Don't beat yourself up about the debt. You've taken the reigns with it before it's gotten too out of control0

Although my sleep is worse than ever I feel great. I think it's the knowledge that finally that person is no more . Have managed two 11 hour days at work to catch up with last week off. The aircon has helped me as well. My nose is healing amazingly well am chuffed with that.

You will have your debt sorted soon - remember you have to live too as well as debt busting. I know if I set myself unrealistic targets I end up getting down and blowing it - my own worse critic. I came to the realisation as long as they were generally heading in the right direction - life is good.
