Sounds like all positive with you then! Glad the hospital appointment went well - I assume for the actual op work just give you the time off effectively as sick? I think just giving the time needed for an appointment is pretty standard to be honest.

They are quite good at work with time off for appointments, yes I will get the day off for the small op and time after if needed.
