Some people have trouble sleeping and some are lucky enough to sleep like babies. I sleep very badly when I'm stressed or anxious, but generally sleep well. I hope you get onto a better sleep phase soon Cumbria. I always sleep better when I've been for a long walk in the fresh air (good for stress I guess). Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Hopefully you'll sleep soundly tonight Cumbria. I sleep like the proverbial log but some of my friends have the same problem as you. They say it all started with the dreaded menopause!
Have a lovely time later with DGS.

Just popping in to say Hi.
Beautiful day up here, as it has been mostly for the last week though found myself quite outraged on Friday when it rained - how soon we forget!
DH and I went to Oz many years ago and we really liked Brisbane - went to fabulous art galleries, lovely restaurants, koala sanctuary, parks etc and it was very low key and casual.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

Had a great time last weekend in your part of the world. Must say though it was rather busy in some parts.
Today DGS and I were in the park at 9.00am , we stayed an hour then he went home as he is attending a family BBQ at his other grandparents. I decided to amble to local MrM for some GF bits . My 8000 steps are well and truly done. Planning on spending the afternoon resting and reading book in the shade .
Later need to get lunch made for work and update spending diary. Very low spend BH it's been .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I had a good read in the shade and a little sleep as well. I have made my breakfast and lunch for work tomorrow. I suspect work will be very busy after the nice weekend we have had .
In other money things I got a lovely dress from eBay but it doesn't suit me. Normally it would lurk in the ironing basket for months and then end up at the charity shop, but I have relisted it today along with a couple of other baby items now finished with.
Way to warm at the moment , hope I sleep a little tonight .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
