    themadvix - when I raised the child maintenance question, I was told it was a different matter to the financial order. Sounds like a good negotiating position particularly if you haven’t received child maintenance anyway. 

    Spendless - our last one was 6 years ago .

    SA - scary thought !

    Have done the last 3 nights at Job 2 so am utterly shattered. Lots to try and catch up on  today.
