I did one a couple of years ago - run by the largest national provider, TTC - and it was excellent.
  • I had to do one of these. Several hours of death by PowerPoint and quite a painful experience overall. In retrospect I should have just paid the fine and taken the points a I'd advise anyone else to do the same.

Well, I did one 5 years ago and it certainly wasn't several hours of death by power point, of course my perception, like others was that it would be a complete waste of time and we would be treated like naughty school kids, this was not the case, those of us that did engage in the various activities based around the course actually learned something and enjoyed the course, there were a few arrogant anus's that clearly couldn't be bothered at all and given the manner of their driving on leaving the venue, learnt absolutely nothing.
I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world

Is there any cumupance for these people for if they deliver a course of a very poor quality?
If this course was as poor as you say its likely your feedback will be appreciated. If you complain whoever manages the courses will hopefully investigate and decide if it reaches their standards. As you've completed the course as offered you shouldn't have to repeat it.
    Lewd remarks are unprofessional.

If it's a point of principle, why have you not come on here after making a complaint against the course leader rather than vice versa. Lewd comments are completely unacceptable and holding back on others' comments on an internet message board won't achieve anything.

Simple answer don't speed in the first place
  • I've been on a few, some were good, some were poor.

I did learn a few things, and of course I avoided points which was worthwhile.

Nobody should have to put up with lewd comments though, I'd definitely make a complaint.

One could argue you didn't learn the right things.
