Is there any point complaining about this? They were so awful at their job that even if this was a company paid for course I would of made a complaint.
Obviously I won't ever get a refund, but the course was not presented well at all and a remark was made at me that I would involve hr if made in the workplace.
Is there any cumupance for these people for if they deliver a course of a very poor quality?

Yes, the standards fall short of expectation and the effectiveness of the course is compromised.0 -
ask for a refund , did you pay by credit card?Save a Rachael
buy a share in crapita0 -
I'd mention the remarks, but if you get a refund because the course was substandard, you should go on another one.
How much hassle was involved with this one?0 -
As above, satisfactory completion of the course within a time limit was the condition set to avoid 3points and a speeding fine.
If you complain and get a refund/credit to pay for the next course, then you will have to complete it within the original time limit, or they will simply start court proceedings where you will be found guilty of speeding and given points and a fine.
Is it worth the hassle?I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
(except air quality and Medical Science)

Awarement, that's a new word I've learned today!0

What was the remark?
Also what do you actually want to achieve?0 -
Were others on the course similarly disappointed with the delivery?
Did any of the others pick up on the comment?
One complaint out of a roomful can easily be waved away as you being over-sensitive. Half the roomful complaining is going to carry some weight.
I presume, since you were so incensed at the time, that you spoke to the other participants afterwards...?0 -
I had to do one of these. Several hours of death by PowerPoint and quite a painful experience overall. In retrospect I should have just paid the fine and taken the points a I'd advise anyone else to do the same.0
