Urgh feeling a bit strange today, anxious about nothing and quiet : (

    Hope it blows over fast.

So do we, we like the chatty lantanna. Maybe it's the strain of all the visiting and cooking and generally looking after your mum that's getting to you.:A

Well today I've managed to eat:
    Breakfast - overnight oats
    Lunch - Chicken salad
Dinner - Bacon, egg and mushroom
    HA - milk
    HB - oats

Not much, but managed to eat 1/3 speed.
One more day to go, and I am not in a good frame of mind. Scared for Wednesday, and even more scared for the results.

Despite last Tuesdays scans showing no c word in the area it was looking at, Fridays cat scan showed a lump. Wednesday is a biopsy.

Thankfully my boss is being really understanding.

Yip, beanie, life happens. Sounds like orlao has been struck too! It wasn’t as bad as I had feared but still +1.2lbs. I’m going away to Arran (if the ferries are running) from Sunday until Tuesday, so that’ll be a challenge.

Thanks, Denise, for that lemon curd recipe. Looks good. I’ll copy and save it. Good that it will make a small quantity too. I make mine in the microwave and then freeze some, because with eggs and butter it doesn’t keep for long.

Great stuff, ilts (and DH), Cazzaswfc, summerlady, lantanna, ruby, TG, PerthLady (fandabbydozy), Msm, att and Whiplashy.

That’s great that you got a positive response from SW re your HiFibar, Mrs_R. Hope it rubs off on your finance folk.

From personal experience I know it’s hard, but try to say positive, kathrynha. Lots of people are right behind you.

    Monday
    Pre-Breakfast: banana
Breakfast: ½ grapefruit, hexb Weetabix, part hexa ss milk (125ml), blueberries, raspberries
Snack: digestive biscuit (3), lemon curd (1)
Lunch: Batchelor’s Pasta ‘n’ Sauce (cheese, leek and ham – 1), tomatoes, beetroot
    Snack: Tunnock’s Teacake (5)
Dinner: SW lamb Navarin, baby potatoes, sugar snap peas, ML Hawaiian yogurt
Snack: salted caramel hifi bar (3 ½ )

    Total: 13 ½ syns

    Fed up :(
1lb off. I can't understand why my losses are so bad. I've been trying really hard- I got really down when someone in group got their 1.5 stone in 5 weeks and I haven't even got my 1/2 stone yet :( seriously thinking about just giving up- I see little point in continuing when my losses are so pathetic :( I got advice of 'do SP' (I can't for medical reasons) and 'relax and stop worrying- if you lose 1lb a week then you'll lose blah blah in a year' Not much help when I have 10 weeks to lose at the very least 9lbs and I really want to lose 16lbs!!!
