    :T to cazza, ruby and summerlady. We're doing really well lately, that's three more losses since I posted last night.:T


    That's interesting about the sweetener lois. I've worked on that principle with the braised red cabbage. The amount per portion is minimal so not worth synning. I do the same with the apple too.


    Sounds like you're managing well with the Scanbran WJN. How are you eating them? As crackers?


    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L: cold pork, fried LO veg and beetroot
    D: chicken stir fry with noodles (snap lantanna:D)
    Syns: honey in stir fry sauce (2?)


    Since I had my cold I've taken a shine to hot lemon water. Actually I've been having hot lime as I enjoy it more without honey. Good way of upping the water intake and saving on milk.

    maman - TBH I am simply stuffing the scan bran in and eting it as quickly as possibe to get it down and then guzzling water straight after!!

    Thanks maman, seems like we're all turning a corner with our losses.

    Today's plan is:

    B - poached eggs on toast (and white toast at that for my syns today shhh!)
    L - Mixed baby leaves, pulled ham and red slaw
    D - veggie chilli (soya mince, onion, peppers, chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, spices), rice, cheese (HEA) and salad
    S - blueberries, 2 alpen lights (HEB), clementines
    Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £
    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000
    Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 2017

    T - Red Hot World Buffet restaurant, forgive me forumites, for I will syn. I'd like to say I'll make informed decisions and healthy choices, but I can't lie to save my life, so I'll say it's back to salads tomorrow and speed soup if needs be!

    So I started on Tuesday and have LOST 6 LBS!

    I am very happy with that! Looking to drop 4 stone 8 lbs in total so that's a great start :j :j :j :j :j :j

    I managed 3 x 20 minute workouts on the exercise bike this week (probably more than I did the whole of last year!!) and definitely feeling better for it. I need to buy a tape measure and keep an eye on inches now.

    Well done to all others with losses :) Checking in here and reading your menus and tips is definitely keeping me going! Might remember to post my own soon :)

    Hi everyone :)
    I spoke to a lovely lady at SW head office this morning who couldn't apologise enough. She says it sounds like cereal husk and not wood but she asked me to send it to her so she could check it out thoroughly. I kept the wrapper and the box so I've wrapped it up securely and popped it in the post this afternoon. She also said even if it is just cereal husk it shouldn't be in there and the suppliers are visiting today so she will take it up with them. She's also sending me some free bars to say sorry which I thought was very kind- as it happened it was the last bar in the box :D
    WI this afternoon. I've definitely lost inches I know I have- most of my clothes seem to be looser- my t-shirts keep slipping off my shoulders :D
    Very stressed out today- Student Finance England and my blinking Disabled Students Allowance- I have 12 weeks left of my degree and they're still trying to sort it out :mad:

    Well done to everyone, some really good figures.

    I managed 2lbs off this week.

    Really pleased and haven't felt at all deprived.

    Left over SW baked bean lasagne for tea. So lovely not to have to cook!

    Some brilliant losses.

    Top girl, just enjoy your meal out. They do have some salad there, but I find the other stuff so much nicer. My only advice is don't waste any syns on their burgers. Not even my daughter likes them!
