Hiya Saver-Upper,
I can find a group called that on Facebook, but it seems to be a closed group, which means you have to be invited by admin to join. Perhaps you were following but weren't a member or something? And when they made it closed, you weren't able to see it any more?

Disappointing list for me! Busy tomorrow, so not sure I'll have time to do any sorting.
Saver-Upper - is your profile picture something other than yourself? I had a scenery pic on mine and I got banned from a group, because they apparently thought I was a fake account. Same happened on another group when I tried to join ,they said no, because you don't have a photo. On another note, I find the Kon Mari UK group really inspirational, even though I'm not specifically following that method.0 -
Aww,well that's a pity.I was really enjoying that group.
Thank you fruittea,Sa1sysoo and KitkatMum2 for advice re the facebook group.I wonder if they have accidentally blocked me (when I was googling about blocking on Facebook,I learnt it can happen).
I do have a not-me profile picture,so it might be something like that, though you would think they had noticed that when I applied to join.
fruittea when I try that link,I get a message saying " The link you followed may have expired,or the page may only be visible to an audience that you aren't in".
Very odd.I am a bit sorry, because I was enjoying the group.
Yes,I follow the Kondo thread on here as well, and do enjoy it.I also received the Marie Kondo book for Christmas 2015,but have not got round to reading it yet.

Massive progress in our house this last couple of weeks - OH agreed to sell one 2 of his old games consoles so they're on eBay with people bidding. Listed my 20 items for February already, all of them have bids so should have at least another £100 profit too:beer:
I decided to sell my old vinyl as it's been in a box in the cupboard for years and I don't have/need a record player. I have them all on mp3 anyway, so I posted on my favourite band's forum as the majority of them are rare collectable from the one band and linked artists. Have accepted an offer to buy them for £300 (which seems to be what they're worth looking online) so they're leaving later this week. The others I have are being listed in batches on eBay in March. I've music magpied a box of CDS I was hoarding as I have a CD player in my car that I never use - my phone and iPod connect to the stereo) so they're packed up. Other things gone are;
- 2 hoodies on eBay
- 8 Gameboy games on eBay
- old rucksack, pack of plastic plates, 3 bags, and travel guides to charity shop
- 8 plastic storage tubs and boxes to charity shop
- spare bit of vinyl flooring to friend for her shed
- bag of fabric to community centre for kid's crafts
Now I have to sell my collection of music posters, donate some old frames that my ex bought me, scan and shred more paperwork, and declutter my hard disk.
I watched a couple of Marie Kondo videos on youtube and liked them, that's what prompted me to start selling my vinyl collection, it reminds me of my teenage years working in a record store and going to gigs but I have photos and ticket stubs for that. I will keep a few posters but I have around 50 and my house isn't big enough to put them all on the walls so I thought I would choose a few favourites and the rest can go. It's quite liberating that it wasn't as difficult and emotional as I thought it would be."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better." Paul Theroux0 -
