Think I've got the cold that's been doing the rounds so haven't got much done today. We've decided that we're definitely going to move house this year so getting the house ready to be photographed. We're looking for a bungalow so DH doesn't have to deal with the stairs and also because the maintenance will be easier (no long ladders). hopefully once we've moved and settled in we can look forward to the patter of tiny feet - four feet not two lol. It's a year ago today that we had to have our little Bonnie put to sleep, can't believe she's been gone all that time ☹️

Murie, sorry to hear about your brother in law, thinking of you x

Free, I love it. I love anything made with buttons, well done.

The weather has been lovely here, so have been going out evening walks with the kids. They are in their scooters. We have a lovely bike path along the back of us that goes into the country, so it makes for a nice walk and safe for the kids. I feel better and have lost 4lbs this week just doing the walks and not changing much else.

  • Ohh I missed it. What's the craft challenge? Got to go back and have a catch up.

Been a bit of a nightmare here. Water leak so been dealing with united utilities and getting people out to find the leak, fix the leak, arguing about a leak allowance so I'm not paying an absolute fortune. They told me I was losing 3/4 of a bath full of water an hour so can imagine that would be an enormous amount to pay. They haven't said what yet.

So could do with a crafty challenge cheer up. I'm 4 cat blankets in to my 1 a month challenge for local cat rescues. Getting a head start in case I'm lazy later in the year. But besides that, sadly not much crafting going on here so need a push.
Book a week challenge: 11/52. Competitions won in 2021: 12

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts. I will post more when I have time but DH is doing Ok and we are managing to sort our way through the quagmire of legalities (so far) and the 'admin' associated with organising a funeral.
I hope everyone is Ok x
    lovin' this site!
