A quick report in. Last week I walked 48 miles and did 747 floors. Well ahead of the target of 38.5 miles and there were 2 days I didn't walk much between snow and travelling.
It will not be that good again for a long time as I was on hols last week so making the most of it now
Good luck everyone for next week.0 -
Well done belfastgirl:j, great start.
34.7 last week, slightly under target, but I was working -that's my excuse! Happy enough though.0 -
Off to a flyer for the first week of the year, 63.4 miles :T
Combination of dog walking and delivery work0 -
OK, reporting in at the end of the 1st week 8 Jan 2017:
As of midnight last night, I have walked 126.53 km (78.6 miles) putting me 55.38 km (34.4 miles) ahead of schedule.
First target is to get 100% ahead of schedule to cope with life's inevitable eventualities. In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
Yikes Wizard and Jon, I better get my skates on...or walking boots at least!;)0

Because of the 10 mile walk on Monday (Which I don't count as I only count runs) it has put me slightly behind where I wanted to be. However, as of the end of yesterday I was at 43.6 miles run.
Total currently stands at 47 miles as I have already been out for a 3.4 mile recovery run.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -

might have a think about this myself!
I thought about then realised that its Monday and my brain doesn't want to do the calculation of where I am supposed to be at. Not that I have the time to even change how much I have done :rotfl:“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -

I have had a fitbit for a while now, I aim to do 20 000 steps a day. As of today I have done 55 miles since 1 January.0
