1785 miles with 4 weeks left.
54 miles per week approx to hit 2000 miles0 -
+38.7 this week for me breaking me into double digits to go! (1920.1 done, 79.9 to go)
Would have been more but I ate sooooo much over the weekend and spent most of the afternoon in the pub yesterday with family!
Still on target for finishing in 2 weeks though! Anybody else starting to find that they are hitting the preverbal wall when going reasonable distance? Used to be a doddle, but really starting to find my legs are saying 'nope, no more'!0 -
I've had achilles tendonitis all year, changed footwear, so I'm probably doing better than I was at the start of the year!0

Work? Not feeling do good? Or plain unmotivated sanghini?
Old fashioned laziness.
I'm on annual leave for 1 month starting this Wednesday (i.e. ive only got to go to work tomorrow) so I think ive just got lazy knowing I will have no excuses over December.
Ive been fairly good this year with exercising every 3days and taking a day off and not over doing it even when I felt I could push harder.
I did manage a fairly easy 8.5 km run today so I'm hoping the last two weeks was just a blip.
I'm aiming for 45 km this week0 -

Thats good to hear!
My legs are going to go down fighting the last 80 miles... tonights walk flaired up my shins again (probably because I had yesterday off, I always find the first walk after a rest to be painful recently) so ended up slowing right down and cutting short0 -

Perhaps you need to stretch a bit more before and after your walks, I know it helps me.0
