I literally do not have the time for 3000 miles - I'm in work or commuting from 06.45 to 18.00 and I go to bed at 21.00 - rock n roll, eh?

Normally I can get out for a couple of ten minute strolls, but this week my colleague is off so as there is only me and him in the office it's hard to get out and this morning I needed to be in for 7.

There are days I do look forward to retirement!

I'm with you there bugs, I have no idea how I could fit in the time to do that many miles!
I am running all of mine and I am only just ticking over at around 40-50 miles a week in the free time that I have.

I have the advantage of not having to work for a living :T :D

You could do but then it would be a cycling challenge :)
  • Great. Great. Walking, Running, Swimming or even Cycling is the best for your fitness. You can walk. But I want to ride my bikes 300 miles in every month in 2017. I wish I will be able to do this.

Just 33.2 miles run for me this week... low mileage week, as I am tapering for next Saturdays race. But it brings me up to 1,352.6 miles for the year to date.

I presume it's walking...running. On the other hand without information I feel it's only fair for us to make our own story up. I'm going for you competing in the National Disco Championships :D
