60,5 added this week, bringing my total up to 539.2 miles.... just over 1/4 through this now
This evenings 5.7 mile urban plod was around 10k steps for me it seems reasonably consistent. Will depend on your height and stride. My app (mapmywalk) guesses the stride count base on my height (5ft 11)0 -

For me it's 4.3 miles, but I have a short stride length.
35 miles last week, Wednesday steps were really low with the horrendous rain.
If I could convert gardening into miles, I'd be well on:o0 -
10,000 steps is just over 5 miles of normal terrain for me - am 5'10" and I take long strides.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Mum is 5'8" and Dad is 6'3" so I was unlikely to be short.
DH is about 5'7" so DD is not going to be as tall as me - thankfully that has also translated with the feet and she seems to have stopped at a 7 1/2 or 8 whereas I am a 9 1/2 which is a nightmare.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Another tall lady here.....I'm bang on 6ft with relatively normal size 7 feet.
41.15 miles to add for me for last week.
Think this week is going to be bad as feel like Im coming down with yet another chest infection which totally saps my energy. My last one was just before christmas and took a good three weeks to get over so hoping its not going to be a repeat of that!Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
oh no - not good.
I don't know how next week will go as I will be staying with my Dad who I haven't spent more than a day with in 30 years, in the depths of Dorset. I have no plans as I am only there to take DD as she is doing her first week on a farm towards the work experience she will need to apply for vet school. Dad knows a farmer and he is open to taking her on for a week - who knows how it will go or what she will do as it is a bit late for lambing.
I hope to get out and walk or jog every day if the weather is OK - no dogs for a week so I must make an effort. This week hasn't been good due to eye problems making me feel rubbish.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans
