    It always feels wrong walking without a dog when you normally have one ( or more!) by your side.

    Feeling a bit better today, I was somewhere over 40 miles behind a month ago, now I'm only 6 miles behind. :j

    ^^ that's really good :)

    Always great to see that deficit value go downwards and start building a buffer.

    My walking this week has been low. I did a 6am to midnight working day on Tuesday which wiped out any chance of walking for a couple of days, I have today off so just waiting for this mornings rain to pass by before taking a plod around rivington to give me a bump in miles!

    Good catching up Bugs.

    I've only just got back from a conference and didn't take my running kit down with me so have only done 6.9 miles so far. Got some catching up to do over the weekend to get somewhere near being on track.

    Edit - we crossed posted indesisiv - I'm sure you'll catch up and anyway for honed athletes like us, it's good to have a few rest days every now and then.

    That's just what I thought ... honed athlete .... :rotfl::rotfl:

    I have done 3 weeks of over 50 miles training so a lower week is actually needed to let the body recover a bit. The aim is to do around 40 miles on the low mileage week for me. But we do have an 18 mile run planned for Sunday and I will *hopefully* (Pending on getting out of bed early enough) run to parkrun and back on Sat. (15 mile round trip (inc parkrun))

    Well done to everyone. Looks like three months in to 2017 many posters are doing very well.
    For me March was a good month and my average steps were well above my target which meant I am not so far behind after three months.
    I am now at 95% of target.
    I am hoping April will also be above target but who knows.
    There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.
