You may not have come across them, they've only been available for the last four years or so.

Lol, I had no idea. Presumably you can shop a vehicle? V useful for nuisance parkers.

Don't get too excited. When I reported an untaxed, uninsured car dumped in the road, the police weren't interested; they said the publicly available information may not be accurate. Sounded like a 'cop-out' (<-- Ha ha joke) to me. Car was there for about two months then one day someone turned up and drove it away.

Don't bother the Police, as stated they won't really be interested.

Report it here, https://forms.dft.gov.uk/report-an-untaxed-vehicle/. I did this a couple of years ago and the car was clamped then removed.
