Why are leavers so angry

Why do you ask?
Short of a Xmas date perhaps?
You may have a point, since the avatar on the left of each post very clearly shows that poster's photo.
At least, I assume it to be of the poster in question.
It does not appear to be any celebrity I know.
Oh and my avatar is perhaps NOT the best likeness of myself.
Though there are similarities.0 -

I'm almost completely nothing like my avatar.
Maybe there's something a little foxy around the eyes?0 -

Well I know of at least one because it was me! When I come back I'll show you the mods quote.0 -

You must be special.
Come on Renoman / dithering dad etc etc, your well versed in the ppr procedure.0 -
So what happened to Generali? He is still PPR'dFew people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0

Yeah, ironically some snowflakes reported him. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I don't have to agree with people. I frequently disagree with Hamish's posts.
But, I'd not report him or others, and I'd still buy him a pint
(...of English warm beer)
I too might disagree strongly, and that's putting it mildly, with a few on here but we don't get anywhere in exploring ideas if people are shut down from speaking their minds. I'd never report anyone out of principle. Sad that Generali and RT will no longer make me laugh, at least for the short term. A boring Xmas awaits!0 -

Whilst I am in absolute agreement with your sentiments it is however of no great surprise, to me at least.
I cannot think of any other forum - certainly not one anywhere-near as well-used as this forum - where hate-filled posts such as those so regularly seen in this forum would be allowed.
Freedom of speech is one thing.
The incessant use of inflammatory language though in some threads here can only be described as hate speech.
Now there may be a place for such things to be posted but TBH this forum should not be one of them.
Not leastly from a purely legal POV, from the site owners' perspective.
Since this thread was started to discuss anger (ostensibely in those who voted to leave) it seems very appropriate to note those no longer posting and why.
Note, NOT discuss btw since that too may result in a ban.0
