Hi my name is Frogga and I'm obese!:rotfl:

(now you all have to give me a round of applause)

Bought a new notebook from tesco , only 35p , to write down all these good cheap and slimming reciepes ~ I know that's spelt wrong but I don't care!

    Hi kj and alfiesmum ,

Are you not supposed to eat the whole cake then? Just a slice? oooooo that explains alot:rotfl:

Feeling really possitive with all you lovely ladies we will really do it this time ~ just envisage us all in one years time , maybe we'll all be on GMTV having a makeover and meeting for the first time!

I'd like to join too.I have quite a bit to lose and have been generally cutting down the fatty foods and swimming 4 times a week and have lost 22lbs in 3 months. However I have had a really nasty ear infection for the past 2 weeks, and haven't been able to swim.
Loving the veggie recipes, thanks everyone :p:p

Ooh GMTV makeover, do you think they will let us keep the clothes as i never buy myself any (too busy spending money on things needed for everyone else).

I think we will all do well, as everyone is so helpful and this thread is soooooo good!
  • Well, I slipped up big time on Day 1. All went well until the evening (always a problem for me for some reason), and then I had an entire big tub of Lidl plain yoghurt - with the world's most humongous dollop of strawberry jam stirred in. Very healthy, not.

Still, today's another day, so climbing back on the wagon (and hoping the suspension can take the strain :) )
Eek! Someone's stolen my signature!

DD (15) is having her mate from school over for tea and to watch High School musical 2 tonight
OMG don't tell me I have to listen to that awful girl's singing for another 8 years  my Dd is 7 and loves High School Musical -honestly I don't think I can stand hearing it anymore, it's enough to drive anyone to chocolate

To get back to the subject though -I've been very good this morning in that I didn't buy myself any treats whilst doing my supermarket shop. A treat is supposed to be a once in a while thing isn't it ? otherwise it isn't a treat it's part of your normal diet. Three proper meals a day made up of real food with plenty of veg and treaty things for birthdays and the like ;) That's my plan anyway.....

Me too thriftylady, I resisted sweets at tesco too. I found that I was buying the tadpoles and Mr Frog sweets every other day and they were getting used to it a bit too much:rotfl: and they were getting quite chubby tadpoles!
