    Afternoon one and all

Well done on your weight loss MaisieM :T

As i didn't bother with brekkie i had a couple of weetabix for lunch :p

dinner is going to be a pasta bake ..as i have 1/2 a carton of passata, 1/2 tin sweetcorn, 3/4 of a stick of air dried sausgae/salami, some low fat cream cheese with horseraddish -all open in the fridge..
So i will slice some of the salami and drop it in the frying pan, add a sliced onion then mushrooms, peppers and broccoli (from the freezer) and sweetcorn oh and a handfull of frozen peas... cook a little then throw in the passata and a stock cube and then a dollop of the cream cheese (great for taking the acid out of toms and making a sauce creamy -without cream;) ) and then mix in the par cooked pasta and shove in the oven for a few mins.... and that should clear the fridge of any bits n bobs :j ......
when i serve it up though -most of the salami will go on hubbies plate -the flavour will still be in there and it saves a few cals :rotfl:

The more the merrier aiming for the 7lb loss in time for valentines day:D -I find it keeps me more focussed if i have mini goals ;)

Taplady -hope you get good results :D
Your hubby sounds like mine-its very rare he snacks... if he does its generally cheese and biscuits, HM bread and an occasional quaver craving :rotfl:

Oh i know what i forgot to mention- last night on the way back from the seed shop "I resisted the call of the Gyros n chips" ..... we managed to convinve ourselves that we didn't want one:D and not only did it save cals -but also the best part of €20 :T so we came home and had prawn salad with potatoes as planned

Keiss21 -don't panic about the 2lb-its not a true reading -i bet you diamonds that if i got on the scales in the morning my weight would be up...and No i haven't eaten too much today ;) .... the body fluids etc flucctuate so much over the days.... so you probably haven't gained at all :D

right im off again...off to retrieve and apple out of the fridge ;)

Right I am back again, what a horrible day! I had to drive to Cheltenham to have a session with my chiropractor this morning...back a bit iffy, so return again in 4 weeks.

I have at last read my way through the last couple of day's posts...isn't everyone busy!

applemella - the microteach went well...it was only a 5 minute one...very hard to keep to that, I don't think anyone did! Lots of fun topics though: juggling, sewing a French knot, mindmapping, making a paper hat, hieroglyphics, essential oils , wall building, an Introduction to the death process(!), a Kung-fu defence move as well as my bean planting...quite a selection, we were all worn out at the end. I am study the new PTLLS course (formerly Certificate in Delivering Learning), only 18 weeks long, then I do the next part, either CTLLS or DTLLS (!). I must admit I am really enjoying it, despite yesterday's nerves.

:eek::eek: EEEEEEKKKKKKK :eek::eek:!!! My conservatory's roof is leaking!

When the wind and rain is from a certain direction, the boxed bit containing the the external pipe from toilet upstairs (complicated!) starts to leak. Have mopped up now and have a bucket catching the drips....aaaaaarrgghhh!

I was feeling good too...despite my back aching, so I must get off the computer...not good for it! Mind nor is mopping up the floor!

On my way back from chiro, I popped into Lidl the first time for years. I got some bread flour, 48p now, but still much better than elsewhere. I also got their pack of 72 weeabix-like cereal for £1.69 ...my DS2 is eating 6 every breakfast at the moment!!!!!

Must go and rest, I might pop in next door to see my neighbour. I won't be tempted to nibble there either, so a great result.

I have decided to do the chicken in the slow cooker for tomorrow, will have HM pizza tonight. Must get the bread machine on soon.

    Right I am off

    M

PS I am in on the Valentine's Day Challenge...that will get me under 18 stone!
