2008 is going to be the year I definately lose weight.
It's the big 40 in October and I do not want to be the size I am. Have tried all sorts of diets in the past however now being a single mum I can't afford the commercial clubs so thought I would join this one as its more in line with what I am trying to do with regards to money saving, cooking from scratch and also healthy eating and not fad diets.
So that said I will go out and buy a new set of scales tomorrow and then start.
Not many sweet treats to eat up as I didnt buy many anyway for Xmas so just savoury stuff which can be made for pack ups etc.
Target is to lose as much as I can before October 2008!!:p0 -

Yes dawnylou! Lets fight the flab!!!!!
I have a serious case of 'can't be bothered to cook' when I get in from work. And even if I had the energy I'm not sure my ds would let me! Has resulted in many takeaways before xmas (bad on the pocket and the belly!) I also get NO exercise. I'm sure that would make a huge difference to me.
I am a single stressed out mummy and I need some help!I'll put a witty and amusing comment in here when I can think of something....:p0 -
