    Evening all,

Just back to say that I have since eaten some homemade soup, small piece of steak...not a big meat eater really, 3 small roasties, some garlic mushrooms and spinach, then DD4 made pancakes and I had 3 with tea.

Made a lovely wholemeal loaf and then put it into a too hot oven and forgot about it....feeling so guilty as it will have to go to the birds in the morning!

Taplady...you have really had a lot on your mind over the last few weeks and it would probably be a good idea to ensure that you are getting enough protein, needs more thinking about when you are not eating meat...I used to feel like that some years ago, not because I was veggie, but my blood pressure used to drop for no apparent reason, had to have some tablets to take until the problem righted itself....think that B vitamins will help or maybe you should try to get back to your doctor before Christmas...sometimes a friendly pharmacist is good for advice.

Misscutiepie...hope that you have recovered from what was posted...I have fought the fat jolly image most of my life, doesn't matter to me now, but hurtful at the time.

Rockie...have you met this 'rellie' before? No contact since they arrived in UK? If so I would call back and say that you are sorry but that you are unable to provide accommodation and would prefer that he sticks with original plan of dinner on 26th...no need to explain to someone you haven't met why you can't have them to stay...if he has made arrangements to stay at his own expense somewhere near you then I suppose you are stuck with him for the two days

Presume that MrsMC is now tucked up in preparation for the early start...hope that none of the gifts are squashed on the way home.....

    Sleep well all

    Morning Guys,

Feel the urge to do a HUGE rambling post in honour of MrsM who will be unable to post today! But I'll resist ;)

First real day not at work today so going to be making some more mince pies ( you'll recall the others went missing?:o ) and marzipan FIL's Christmas cake.

Have a good day peeps xxxxxxxxxxxx

Morning frogga et al! Fairly rubbish weekend again. Few Leffes, few Jack Daniels and diet cokes at a party, fairly substantial amount of garlic pizza bread... mmm.

    Sunday:
    B: veggie grilled breakfast
    L: doritos and dip!
    D: HM Spag bol

Today, I have no idea what to eat. Though have tuna salad for lunch.

    Morning Frogga and Bobba!

I weighed in today and apparently I've put on 2lbs. Boo. On the other hand, the scales are in the cellar and keep getting moved around the uneven floor, so I've decided to take it with a pinch of salt!

Food for today is going to be
B- Porridge (eating it now, or trying to, as a kitten keeps trying to steal it)
L- Roasted tomato and rice soup
T- Not sure, going out for drinks with a friend. Will try and be good. Damn you Christmas!
