Yes....although I put the big documents (a few pages) as 2 A5's on a A4 sheet. A bit naughty I know...but I'm not sure anyone really read what I put!...or so it seemed on the day.cm620

I am in court tomorrow morning. I am running out of time.0 -
Do I need three copies of the claimant's WS? It's killing my printer!!! my husband is going mad. oops. i better win this!0
-

are these the case transcripts?0 -

I think you have to go with what feel is right, your not going to be reprimanded for turning up without enough material. I took 2 copies of my WS and S.A. plus the claimants WS and all their corrospondence you have saved....and of course include all the evidence you had in your bundle. Tomorrow after your roaring success you will honestly think bl###y hell....all that worry for that. Just remember you are not a legal professional, the DJ and the claimant rep know that, and they will treat you with the respect you deserve for defending yourself. So as long as you have the above & other docs the others have suggested, I suggest you turn off your printer, get a big glass of wine and talk about anthing but BW Legal with your hubby.cm620
