Yes, sign and date everything being filed in your name - except your evidence, just number that.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, and your costs schedule (your costs to claim back if you win). Easy to do that, one sheet, and an example template is in the NEWBIES thread, takes minutes to do & sign/date.

MH752, from someone who went through this yesterday...please let me tell you its no where near as bad as you are anticipating. I decided whilst waiting, that all the months of worry were pointless, it was just my wife me and 2 others sat in a room discussing why we should and shouldn't pay this ransom. No point-scoring or belittling your knowledge, just adults discussing an issue. As long as they don't know who the driver is, they have a real battle on their hands...down to the Judge then to see sense. Believe me, you will walk out of there, saying to yourself...."really, is that it" !!

I attempted to, I asked her if she was a Solicitor...she said no a Barrister. As I was about to ask her name again (couldn't understand it 1st time), we were ushered in. And to be truthful I wasn't that confident in asking the question, before I knew it we were in the room, sat down and going over the opening comments. Also their Solicitor didn't come thru the door till 11.56am...start at 12.00 & then went straight into the toilet. Very cunning I thought. They seem to play a game on the timings. I've a notion anyone who comes in at the very last minute may not have RoA & is hoping you wont have enough time to challenge them....outside the Court room anyway. I have a text number for BMPA if you want it, to check on the day ?

Can I ask for everyone's opinion on something please... I have been speaking with LoC123... she has said I could send an email to BW Legal asking if they'll drop it without prejudice now they've seen my WS and that i won't pursue them for costs... what do you think to this idea. Part of me wants to do this as i don't want to go to court but the other part of me wants to rinse them for everything they've got... thoughts please?
