At Valli would say, WOOTY WOOTY WOOT WOOT!!! :T:T:T
Excellent news! I'd still make him help with the card-writing, though.;)
We shall have to do ours soon - we celebrate Yule rather than Christmas, so they need to arrive at their destinations by 21st. I've made the dratted things, so I reckon Mr LW can write them.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Evening all. Good news about Mr Ionafan. Nice to see some good news for a change.

Well I am still moaning, getting progressively worse by the day - a cold should be gone in a couple of days. So no flying done here today or paid stuff. The bed has not even been made because I have been in it.

But I have had some early tea and a drink and tablets.

Here's hoping I can be better and more productive tomorrow. I have ironing to catch up on. Wouldn't want to not have it all done for the end of the year challenge.

    Have a great evening everyone.

Evening all...can't write lots as I have cracked my 'kin Kindle screen and it is now having a hissy fit and typing every other word and only certain letters.

This took five minutes to type by tilting and turning to enable screen keypad to work...sigh...guess what I've asked for for Crimble...

    Continuing support to Valli

    Gah! This is impossible...

Glad to hear about Mr Ionafan.
Valli- I hope the hospice transition was smooth. Hugs

I was overly optimistic this morning....turns out even robot hoovering was beyond me today :-) If I'm no better tomorrow I'm sure Mr Jellie will catch up for me. My main aim is to have house Christmas ready without pushing myself too much. As long as I fly more days than not I should be on track. Even if I don't I need to remember my family just want to spend time together and they'll cope with a bit of dust!

No flying today. Couldn't face The Room Of Doom (the spare room, were everything gets dumped, though could equally be applicable to the room of the eldest DD). Barely managed the daily bits but the beds got made and the kids got fed and a duster got waved vaguely in the direction of some cobwebs. Tomorrow is another day. Right?

    (((Hugs))) Valli.

How will you manage until Christmas, Dizzy, or will Santa come early for you?

Goldfinches topped up and microwave wiped out while I was making tea this morning so I'm ahead of myself already on the list of things I want to get done today which is unusual.
    Better is good enough.
  • Morning

Today is a day off the paid stuff - yay my one day weekend - back to it tomorrow. House is reasonably OK, have just had a tidy and run the carpet sweeper around. Washing over the airer in my office with the dehumidifier going.

Off cycling - DH wants to do quite a challenging route so I hope my little legs can keep up with him. DS2 off to watch footie in the big city and DS1 will either be playing footie if he has been picked or might come with us.

Have a good Saturday everyone. Nice to have hubby home Iona.

Morning all. Up since silly o'clock here after another rough night, although I am well dosed up now and have done the ironing and got a washload in the machine.

    Other plans:
Appt to be kept today with DD
    Hoover through later
    Walk dogs later
    Pick up meds from vet
    Wash up breakfast dishes

Other things I'd like to do this weekend, if I have the energy:

    Sort out shelves in wardrobes
    Wrap Christmas presents
Sort out new cage set up and beds in kennels for the dogs

    Have a great day everyone.
