Then you forget about it, the water evaporates, the dish cracks and you throw it all away in disgust. Or, in the same places as you can buy the oils, you can get a ring that sits on top of a bulb in any ordinary table lamp. You put some drops of oil on the ring. Balance it on the lamp. Then knock the lamp so that the ring falls off and breaks. Throw it all away in disgust. Or I know people sometimes put drops on the filter of the vacuum cleaner. Personally I don't vacuum enough to make that worthwhile.
I don't think anyone would rub them straight on their skin, you'd have to mix them up with loads of a carrier oil to dilute them sufficiently. If I put them in the bath I use literally a drop from an eye dropper for a bath full of water. Because the pure oils are very concentrated you do have to be careful and maybe, as you clearly have very specific health issues, you'd want to check beofre using them at all. The benefits are all in the mind I reckon
anyway![/quote]
You've really sold that idea to me then grannynise :rotfl: :rotfl:
Afraid I couldn't use one drop in the bath or carrier oil. Past painful experience of skin flaring up in torment for 24hrs. And OH can't stand strong perfumy smells. (Mind you my first job was in a perfume factory and put me off it for years. ) Don't feel so ill today. I think it must have been the cold showers. Shame, I felt so virtuous and self helping.
Thanks for trying to help though. Maybe what I really need is one of those caramel squares nestling in the freezer...:D .

lol granny, your essay on the use of essential oils is very amusing! Been to Waitrose for work today and resisted buying any goodies - go me! I was instructed to get some products that 'summed up waitrose' so it was quite a fun trip. I opted for, amongst other things, some icecubes that had lemon, mint and cucumber frozen in them - you put them in your pimms. Not very MSE!!
My box is looking very buff now thanks Suggs. EDIT I did add some more smut to this but thought better of it and deleted it. I don't want all the rest of the members of the thread to stop talking to me.
Looks like I'm the only one who hasn't seen all of heroes yet! Who is Mr Butler then? Christopher Eccleston has just appeared, being exactly the same as h was in doctor who but with a mangier beard. Mangy is my word of the week i think.0 -

As regards the suit, it all depends which way you want to go.... up or down. Do you want to put on weight so the bigger one's more comfortable? No, thought not
Suit bought in M&S 46R on the chest and 38S on the waist :j First time in donkeys years Im below a 40in waist, albeit the male waist which resides below the belly
MrsSuggs took a picture as a good oppertunity to compare and contrast against a suit picture from April 2006, there is a tad difference I think :j:beer:Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Well done on the maintain, have you found the magic formula???
Just thought that could be a solution to all this food thought, the only prob I HAVE so far is that it cost me a pretty packet and nearly fainted when the lady told me the total:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: that isthe price you pay for convenience I guess:eek:
I still will cook the 0 points soups etc but the main stuff is thought free... see if that works, at least now I can have guilt free bacon:D
I did learn something though, the other night I HAD a WW meal and veg and panicked thinking that it was not enough and started cooking up some more food but had a chat to myself and told myself to calm down and see how I went (the 20 mins brain to stomach thing;) ) I was pleasantly surprised that after I allowed the food to go down and think about it I was not really hungry just used to more bulk food and did not have to have anything else, it is just getting used to a tiny cardboard processed dinner:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0
