BoP ... I was in EON V19 cheapo fix due to end 31 Dec 2016 with £60 exit fee but wanted to leave early per MSE warning that all cheap deals are disappearing

I have switched to EON V20 as no exit fee tariff - but it has a higher TCR

...and I am now in process of now jumping ship to coop .... TCR not much different to cheapo fix I was in with EON V19

...and will hopefully will not have to fork out as much as £60 exit fee would have been

  • Well I've now entered the free switch period and as expected the tariff I transferred to at the start of this thread is no longer available so I'm glad I changed when I did.

Thankfully its been very mild here in the south so I haven't had the heating on much so hopefully my final EON bill at end of Dec shouldn't be too bad.

I too switched to an E.on non exit fee tariff and then transferred out to another company. By doing it this way it has cost me £12.00 instead of £30 exit fee and now will shortly be enjoying a 2 year fix.
