This thread seems to have brought the worst out in some posters!

Back in the day when we both worked for The Firm at Langley we took out fanaticals because that was our job. There is a vast difference betix fanaticals and being devout. Our interpretation of fanaticals was those that wish to convert others to our way of thinking even if it involves killing them. In other words if you're not with us you're against us. It equates to fascism, ie Nazis. Devout is being devoted to one's religion without the fanatical element.
