Got the court date, just a couple more questions.
Can a block my name out on the council emails, as it was my name and email address that I was using.
I've got a very thick wad of evidence to send in, do I have to staple them all together, or would putting them in a polly pocket be okay?0 -
Shall I send in copies of the images, or print out colour photos?
It says I should submit copies of the evidence to the court and claiment, and bring the originals in on the day of the hearing.0 -
I would suggest colour copies for the court and you (just email stuff to the claimant).
And the court version of your evidence should be nice and readable so several pockets, with evidence numbered, all in a file with the skeleton argument (and draft costs schedule). And an index at the front is perfect - make your evidence organised for the Judge and for you, in a ring-binder or similar file, ideally.
Drop the court's one off in person if possible (Claim Number on the front) as a file is expensive to post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Should I write numbers on the evidence I send to the claiment, or just send it as it is???0 -
I've printed the images on photo paper for myself, should I do the same for the court bundle, or just print in colour on normal paper?0

Is there a template on here I can use? I've thrown all the postage receipts away. How do I structure it, in a table?0 -
Thought you were used to using the forum? A search for the two words 'costs schedule' found a post with a link to the one I wrote last week, in about 2 seconds:

One more thing before the big day, can I speak on behalf of my friend in court? I've read lots of information regarding this, some say yes, some say no.
Could you clarify.
Thanks.0 -
Yes you can be 'Lay Rep' by accompanying your friend and taking with you a copy of the 'Lay Reps Right of Audience' proof to show the court Usher as you arrive. Covered and linked in Gin and Milk's thread, read that one, she won as Lay Rep with her husband.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
