Sorry if I've misunderstood.
You certainly have misunderstood!
I'm suggesting (not only to you but to the general community) that an honest poster, such as yourself, would not need to worry that their thread had been identified because the claimant could not use anything in it against them.
In fact, the claimant producing a thread in court could help the defendant, as it did in my case, because pretty much everything I'd said in court, I'd also said on the forum, which gave credibility.
My concern is that when OP's back away from the forums fue to fear of exposure - this plays into the hands of the PPC's by isolating the defendant and preventing them getting the help and advice they need. It shows the PPC's are scared of the forums and, in my mind, should encourage further interaction.
If I was a PPC would I be more likely to discontinue against a defendant who had engaged with the forum intermittently or one who had engaged heavilly and clearly had a wealth of advice on their thread from knowledgeable advisors?0 -
We are all on your side, Brain$torm, except whoever provided the other side with a copy of this thread (same thing happened to Lamilad...quelle surprise...). Hmmm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Wow! :eek:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

He had a copy of the Defence Statement, but not the evidence or witness statements supporting the defence, so he said.
I've got proof that it was sent, I expect the judge wont be too happy about them lying to him.0 -

The post you quoted of mine said "sorry if I've misunderstood."
I quoted your full post, including the 'misunderstood' bit. It was a big misunderstanding - Lamilad is one of the good guys here and quite a folk hero in defeating Excel/BWL twice - and very shortly to make it a hat trick.

No apology necessary, it was a simple misunderstanding nothing more. A common problem with non verbal communication.
Let's get the focus back on winning your case. Have you been given a 'reconvene' date yet?
Also, as it was their fault that the case couldn't proceed last time - did the judge make a wasted costs order in your favour.?0 -

The case has been moved to June.
No, the judge didn't mention any costs at all. However, I've made a revised Schedule of Costs due to the lying and time wasting.0
