Me too but I suspect the news is not good. I'm sure Brain$torm would have been keen to share his joy had he been successful... Or maybe it was adjourned for some reason.

Hope he didn't panic and 'settle on the court steps'

Give us an update either way Brain$torm. You're experience will help others, whatever happened.

If this was Poole Court, as per the thread title, they are well-known to be (allegedly) on the PPCs' side. A PPC firm called Devere operate in that area and somehow seem to usually win...with the court being...seen to be onside.

Devere parking Poole Court Fenella Landau

... is the suggested phrase to Google. I hope this OP fared better than Devere victims.

    Sorry for the delay everyone.

Case has been adjourned due to Gladstones lying about not receiving the evidence bundle, and we forgot to bring the proof of postage to court.

Their rep produced a copy of the defence taken from this site, so I'm reluctant to talk about it further in great detail until it's finished.

What does that matter? Are they saying that defendants can't get assistance with creating their defence?

The judge said it was a nonsense and nothing to do with the court.

I'm frustrated that I'm going to have wait another couple of months to have our day in court, just because of their lying and delaying tactics.

Fair enough, thanks for the update.

There's seems to be a lot of posters on here and ppp reluctant to share information about their case. The circumstances involved in my previous case will be largely responsible for that but I'm, personally, of the opinion that an honest poster has nothing to worry about.

The forum offers honest advice so even if a claimant does connect a thread to a defendant I can't see how they can gain any significant advantage other than, perhaps, advance notice of the Op's plan of attack.

If anything this might encourage discontinuance - just because a claimant has seen a thread doesn't mean they can change the fact pofa hasn't been complied with, or the signage was inadequate, or they haven't complied with pre-action protocols.

As it turned out Excel using my Pepipoo thread helped my case more than theirs. I certainly wouldn't want my experience to deter posters from using the amazing (and essential) resources at their disposal. That's surely what the PPC's want - to stop people getting good advice from the forums and then beating them in court.

I'm well known to Excel now and, as far as I'm concerned, they can read my threads as much as they like - maybe they'll learn something. I'll be updating my thread regularly in preparation for my third case.

Of course I'm totally grateful for all the help on here, and would have been lost without it.

I think it was just an act of desperation and intimidation on their part. Like I said, the judge didn't care for it.

Are you impying that I'm not on honest poster? Not sure of the relevance / tone of your post towards me.

    Sorry if I've misunderstood.

I didn't read Lamilad's post that way - quite the opposite. I think he meant you, as an honest poster, had nothing to worry about.
