Cookies:
Melt 50g butter, 50g sugar and 125g golden syrup.
Add to 175g self raising flour (or plain with 1tsp baking powder), mix well; put spoonfuls of mixture on greased baking trays and bake at gas mark 4 for 10-156 minutes.
These are delicious with sultanas, choc chips and a tsp of ginger mixed inhave fun!

I've got baking powder but no eggs. I also don't have oats so flapjacks are out the question. I might just bite the bullet and go to the shops!0

How about a mixed fruit crumble - you could sweeten the fruit with golden syrup for extra yum factor.
