Autosec 28 do not appear to have any email contact details.
    Anyone know them.
Otherwise a letter will have to do.

Why are you looking for that when the letter tells you how to appeal to TNC, who handle this paperwork for the parking firm? You have the letter there, you have the appeals info/email or postal address for TNC.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry to be a dummy but would you mind telling me which blue letter.
I have looked on the 'Newbies' section and am not sure precisely which one you meant.
    Thanks

There is only one template in blue in the NEWBIES thread. My apologies if you are colour blind.

Do you reckon I should just carry on ignoring?

No. The more people that appeal and win, the less money these scammers make.

If you need to appeal by post, send it first class from a Post Office counter and obtain a free proof of posting.

Sorry for the delay in replying. TNC the company handling for Autosec state in their letter that they,
"...do not accept appeals as they did not issue the PCN. All appeals should be made in writing to Autosec within 28 days from the date of this letter."
So I guess the blue letter sent by registered/recorded delivery letter to their PO Box No. is the way to go?
Would you mention the 100 +days delay?
    Thanks again.

That is not what you were told to do. Never send anything recorded delivery because they can refuse to sign for it and thus have proof that it ws not delivered.

Do you have access to a search engine on your computer? If so, type in autosec. I've just tried it on Google and Bing and the first hit is for this company, and tells you how to appeal to them on the front page of their website.

Yes, mention that the NTK was sent too late to meet POFA 2012 requirements for keeper liability, without mentioning who was driving.

Send a copy to TNC as well if you wish, or just ignore them as they are toothless debt collectors.

Blue letter went to Autosec by 1st Class mail with proof of postage as you suggested. I now have a letter from TNC asking for immediate payment or else Litigation etc.
Shall I send them a copy of the same Blue letter....or just ignore, which is my instinct.
    Thanks again.

It has probably just crossed in the post, sounds like a reminder, a standard letter. After all you only sent the appeal two weeks ago and you have proof - we assume you did send it to the exact address shown on the first letter for appeals?
