How do I keep a shower door sparkling?

I do exactly same as mogwai, squeegee everytime I have a shower. Water also very hard in my area, but the glass looks ok, no white marks!0

It took me nearly two years of trying lots of products and nothing worked,it still looked scummy. I bought some star drops and put some neat on a non scratch sponge and gave it a bit of elbow grease and I can now see through them and they are perfect.0

I find cheap malt vinegar works fine as it lways gets wiped straight off when cleaning - it's not like I just leave it on anything. To clean shower doors I just spray with vinegar/water or a simple green dilution (a lot more economical than first look, it dilutes right down and lasts ages with extra power than vinegar solution) and wipe down. Usually switch the shower head on and give the whole thing a quick cold rinse after.Love and compassion to all x0

Don't usually post on here and only really started looking (well lurking really) a few weeks ago! Hope someone can help. The glass screen on my shower is badly marked as I live in a very hard water area. I have tried Windowlene, Astonish Glass cleaner, newspaper, different cloths incl Vileda also daily shower cleaner! Does anyone have any idea has to what I could try next? :wall::wall::wall:0

The usual recommendation on here is vinegar to get rid of limescale. If that doesn't work you could try something abrasive like Barkeepers Friend or Astonish paste (in the blue tub).0

Every month or so I clean mine down with Viakal, it's brilliant for limescale. I just spray it on, leave it for a few minutes, then scrub it down with a pan scrub. Then I used the Method spray on a daily basis, and clean it with glass cleaner each week. This keeps it fairly clear until the next big clean.0
