LuxStyle Quickmax invoicing scam

Today my 10 year old son had a delivery from Lux style with a £65 invoice attached to it. The stress it has caused him is ridiculous! I'm in a right mind to send legal action against lux for terrifying a 10 year old. I have emailed them telling them to collect the items asap and never contact my little boy ever again0

I now have no clue what to do next. Do I attempt to return item or listen to my sons dad and just bin it, block them and ignore everything0

In summary - ignore them - do not respond to their threats.
The boy's dad is right.
You only need to do something different if you actually receive official court papers, which is extremely unlikely.

Received a package on Wednesday
addressed to a person who I know hasn't lived here since for at least 3 and a half years
was going to email them before reading this forum
obviously no debt collection agency could enforce such action for reasons given previously in the thread as well as the person not living here
however it is a bit worrying that someone has used my address, or maybe they are just posting out to random people in the hope that enough people will get in contact with them?Debt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO0 -

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to prevent others either entering your name and address into a website or sending you unsolicited goods. However if they do it should not really be a cause for any worry. There should be no adverse consequences for you from such action.0 -
So... came home yesterday to an invoice for £59.85 (incl. £10 late fee). I did not order or receive the goods. I do remember clicking on the Facebook link but once I found out the price, had a bit of a giggle and closed the page!
I have just emailed them to say I did not order anything and to remove me from their mailing list...short and sweet....I'll let you know of the outcome!0 -

Did they already have your email address?0 -
I received 2nd reminder from this company. Should i make a police report?
I don't want to sign the form as there is a statement that says "i did order but did not received the item". This is not true as i did not order, even though i just click their page to see.
Any advise from Singapore side?
hi.. any updates from luxstyle.? did you pay them or they stopped contacting you.. thanks0 -

Any advise from Singapore side?Same thing has happened to me. Except LuxStyle has now contacted an Australian Debt Collector who is harassing me. Everyone needs to report them to the Danish Consumer Ombudsman and call the ASIC, the ACCC and Scam Watch to report them.
I'm emailing back the Australian Debt Collector to explain the situation but now they're threatening me with receiving a bad credit rating if I don't cough up $90 for a product I did not order and also did not receive. They also want me to fill out that form signing an acknowledgment that I ordered from them which I did not. It's terrible an causing so much anxiety. I hope it get sorted soon.

There is another option. Namely the company has not stopped contacting them but they still haven't paid.
You may (and probably will) need to ignore a lot of threats before they stop. However the threats will be empty threats.0
