Hi all,
I am a newbie, I have read the newbie posts and I am totally confused!.
The driver got to a car park and realised They had no change so parked the car and went to get some change from the nearest shop. There was quite a queue and when They saw it was going to take a while They returned to the car to move it.
There was an attendant taking a photo of the car before They could get to it. They explained They was getting some change. While taliking to the attendant someone stopped and asked if he could go and get some change and the attendant said "yes, I will give you 5 minutes". They asked him why he hadn't given them 5 minutes and he said because you didn't ask me first. However he was not visible when thry arrived he was sat in his car which was in a parking space hidden behind a wall out of site and by the way he was not displaying a valid ticket either!lol.
The PPC is called Napier Parking Ltd.

    Do NOT name the driver.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES, then send the IPC template as near to the appeal deadline as possible. This will probably be 21 or 28 days, so you need to check.
The keeper on the day can appeal as keeper if they wish. Alternatively the registered keeper can appeal if they wish. The keeper on the day may or may not be the registered keeper.

Do not edit the template. Copy and paste and send. If online, do it around day 19 or 26 (depending on the appeal deadline) or around day17 or 24 if it can only be done by post. In that case, send it first class from a Post Office counter and obtain a free proof of posting.

You have then need to read the NEWBIES thread to decide what to do next when the parking company rejects your appeal.

You should remove all reference to who was driving. Just say "The Driver" did this or didn't do that, not "I."

not asking about the observed time ,

the time you left the main road and entered the car park , until the time a ticket was placed on your car

you say you went for change and there was a que , so how long between entering the car park and receiving the ticket?

Please edit your post as advised. Parking companies read these fora.

The ticket wasn't placed on the car, the attendant took a photo using a camera which starts an automated process (according to attendant)

After you have edited your post, as I have done for your last one, please tell us if the attendant handed the PCN to the driver.
