I bought a new phone outright last year, and got one of these contracts from 3 because my contact was up with EE and they wouldn't offer me anything less than £19.99pm on a SIM-only deal. When I phoned up EE to get a transfer code and cancel my contract, they offered me the same deal at the same price as 3's. My contract's up next month, so I hope they'll do something similar...Jumbo

Recently moved the family's handsets sim only deals from Vodafone to PlusNet and ID mobile. One handset did not work with PlusNet properly despite being unlocked...
Anyway... Vodafone was £11pm for 250mins/250mb whereas PlusNet/ID mobile are £4.00/£3.99pm for 500mins/500mb.
Vodafone did offer reduce the price subject to new 12 contract but considering the dreadful customer service, impossible to login security with a crap online experience and dire coverage out of town plus who the hell wants a 12 month contract on sim only...? The new providers are like a breath of fresh air

If you're looking for a bit more from any of your Plusnet sims they have one of their limited time offers at the moment at:
2.5GB data, 1500 minutes, Unlimited texts for £7 a month.
Just over 2 days left on it, although unlike buses if you miss this one PN usually have two more to follow.0 -

Thanks for the heads up, looks like a great deal for daughter who uses way more data than her boring parents0 -

Jst in case it is an important factor for you, and you hadn't noticed it in the blurb - you cannot short number text from Plusnet which can be a problem if you want to use your phone to pay for parking etc.0 -

Todays MSE email features the BT "THE PERFECT ALL ROUNDER PLAN" 6Gb Unlimited Mins & txts as £12/mth for BT Broadband customers, deal ends 5th Oct and includes a £75 Amazon or iTunes voucher.
Following the article link to the BT Mobile site this deal is listed at £16/mth for BT Broadband customers, not £12. Anybody else able to see the £12 deal?0 -

It's fine for me, shows that it was £16 now £12. Maybe time to clear your cache & cookies.0 -
Thanks Colin, tried clearing Firefox cache & cookies, Firefox loads only the top of the BT page without any deals. However tried Chrome and I can see what you see.0
