    Hi all,

I haven't been on here for aaaaaaaaaaages, so many apologies. However, I have still been potting. DH keeps on slipping up and I potted £5 of his the other day... :rotfl:

In other news, I've sold a few things via a local Facebook group and so today potted a grand total of £1 from the proceeds of the first sale. :j :j Every little helps, as a supermarket said!

Hi all SPC savers! I hope you’ve been enjoying the week, but I’ll bet you enjoy the weekend a whole lot better and why not!! I hope you’re all well and saving really well! :D
Any poorly Potters or members who are ill, low or down on their luck, fingers crossed you’ll all be feeling so much better soon. Hugs and love from us all to help you along the way. :grinheart

    Very well done Chutney! :j
I have been trying to Pot plenty in my lovely Pots for this Challenge...I even managed a nice Note and hoping to put in another sometime very soon....If I can have just over £100 come opening Day I'll be really happy with that :D

I have a rotten cold that came on today but never mind, it IS just a cold....I'll get over it...

Oooh I can really sympathise with you with that cold, Helen, I’ve just got rid of one myself though and now I'm left with a nasty cough and hope you won't be having the same! They’re such horrible things, but something we have to endure I suppose. It sounds like you're onto a real winner with your savings this year, absolutely wonderful Helen!
I do so hope you make it to that £100 Helen, I will be thrilled for you!!! :D

Thanks so very much 32b3, I was so very chuffed! :j You’re making great savings too, and what a difference it makes to us all at the end of each year, all via potting change!!!!!!

You’re surely not counting down the days are you, mummytummy??!!!! Yes it’s most certainly that time of year to be getting all excited and reminding ourselves and each other of just how fast DDay is approaching! Count all you like mummytummy!

Don’t worry jakes-mum, I know no matter what that YOU can never have enough £2 coins! :rotfl: You keep right on saving them... Though you’d best be sure there are enough to go round us all!!!!! Ah, so you too have either got or had a cold! I hope yours has gone or going. On no, just seen your latest post and...... even MORE £2ers!!!!!!! :rotfl:

I’m with you Westie, you’re just swapping all your cash over to ensure all the £1 coins are gone and then repotting your cash; ok and at least I’m aware.

Hi to you too Hicksy! Excellent news at you having filled another pot!!! :j Not long now though until you’re empty them, with your little Jack’s help too eh!!!!
Ah bless you Ant, your words were really, very touching.
I’m so pleased you were at least able to pot your train fare! Far better saved than spent!! :D You might well be flagging, but when you start again for next year, keep your foot down hard on the accelerator and head for a far fuller pot in November 2018!!!! ;)

Hello again Vicky!!! :hello: It’s so good to know you’ve still be potting well - even if your DH hasn’t!! If you can still save more now then do so as DDay isn’t far around the corner!!

What a rotten day folks!!!! :( He said it would rain from 4 pm onwards, but be lovely before!! Well, he really got that wrong for sure!! Tis still raining here now and doesn't look as though it's going to let up yet!! A £5er in the pot, and quite happy with it too!

Have a gorgeous Thursday folks. :j..... don't forget your pots well!!! :D

    Sue xx

Managed to read back a few pages - congratulations on the arrival of Oliver Sue-UU.

I will confess to emptying my pot this morning whilst Jack was at nursery - he is convinced money should go in and never ever come out.

I have emptied early due to mobility and pain issues so doubt I will get the pot emptied and to the bank if I leave it much longer.

    Final Total for SPC 10 - £376 £76 over target :)

I will update my signature and think of a target for next year ready for the next thread.

Hope everyone else is well and able to meet their targets :)
