One UU:
The Body Shop Shea Hand Cream WDBA. I love it, it's one of my favourites. I normally get a few hand creams as part of Christmas presents, so I expect I'll be getting one this year. I kept it in my handbag and have replaced it with the Vaseline one I bought yesterday.
One TA:
Bee Natural Pomegranate Lip Balm Made my lips feel itchy and worse than they are at the moment.
One IN:
Nivea Essential Care Lip Balm I'm going to stick to non fragrant and non flavoured lip balms in the future.0 -
i stopped counting the outs to day.
foundation not used in years gone and lipstick. tossed out shampoo and conditioner, soaps, nail varnishes and just kept dumping. half used lip balms and half used hair masks. if it is open over three years- out it went. some times you just have to get rid.
still no in this month. i find i buy cosmetics when i need to give myself a boost. this year it was really bad when things were chaotic. when you have some level of stability and time to reflect- the cosmetic buying goes down. so the goals have been surpassed in t/a for the year but i need to use up what i have.
my skin is very neglected at the minute and i want to restart the acid treatments. i have the neostrata pads but i lost the bottle of solution before i could add it to the pads- daft. i find the pixie glow tonic too gentle. any recommendations?0 -

I know when I first joined this challenge, I had such a clear out of old opened and half used things way past their best - such a good feeling to let go of them!0 -

Charlie Shimmer Body Spray 75ml - Finished this yesterday. This had a musky smell which I loved. WDBA as it's one of my favourites but I have 8-9 body spray cans left in the stash to use so I will finish them first.
I've also added a 10ml bottle of perfume and skin treatment gel to my PP list. No more IN thankfully (but I can't say I haven't been tempted). I'm toying with the idea of getting a beauty advent calendar as a nice treat for myself since it's my birthday this month. No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2019 Total UU since 2016 - 396 | Total February UU - 10 -

A primer from Laura Geller. It's a silicone based one. I like it if I buy it in the pump dispenser but not so much the tubes. It lasts ages as well.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I have a sample of clarks botanicals marine cream and it is amazing too (I used this after my mask). Was absolutely gutted to see it is £90 a pot! I know lots of you ladies seem to swear by Elemis pro collagen marine cream which must be similar, but it's still pretty pricy right?
I love Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream and have been using it for about 14 years. A couple of times when I couldn't afford it I tried something else and that's when I saw the fine lines creep back in. Keeps my skin plump looking and love the texture. To be fair the most economical way to buy it is from QVC when they have a TSV as most times a 30ml pot is included. There is one due soon so keep your eye out. Plus if it doesn't suit you t can be returned to them. I've also been known to stockpile it on the rare occasion that the 25ml tubes are given away as magazine freebie.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I'm really loving the Murad Clarifying Toner at the mo and am going to buy this in future instead of Pixi Glow Tonic. I bought the current bottle for my daughter when I bought her the Murad cleanser etc. This and the mask were the products she didn't like. This tingles quite a bit but doesn't strip the skin or feel astringent.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I'm going to Boots and maybe Superdrug at lunch. My Tarte foundation is running out so I'm on the hunt for a High Street one of similar texture (dewy finish) and colour match.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge.
