I checked my credit file with noddle, and have been linked to another address, I raised a dispute and within minutes the dispute was rejected(automated reply I'm guessing)
its now been over 2 weeks since I emailed them with no reply.
I have never been financially linked to anyone, used that address for any reason, I don't know who lives there, I know nothing about the address at all.
any advice on how to get it removed?

Complain to the ICO. They are not very good, but it's your best bet. Address linking is one of several egregious activities currently perpetrated by CRAs against the interests of the consumer and public at large.0

You linked to the same address with the other 2 agencies ?0

thanks for the replies, will look into the ICO
looked on clearscore and not connected on there, am I able to see the other one for free(not sure who they are tbh)0 -

You can access Experian free trial if you haven't already utilised that in the past. (I'm thinking maybe you haven't given you weren't aware who they were).
If you have and aren't entitled to a free trial then you can get your statutory report for £2 from them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards. See section 11 of:
https://www.noddle.co.uk/terms-and-conditions
So basically you use the CallCredit complaints procedure described in this link:
http://www.callcredit.co.uk/consumer-solutions/contact-us/complaints-procedure
if CC Noddle persist in showing data they have been informed is inaccurate, then it may be an ICO issue, but using the Financial Ombudsmen route as well can often get faster results. You can do both as they look at complaints from a different standpoint. e.g ICO from compliance with the DPA etc, and the Ombudsman with a stronger emphasis on fair treatment and practice of the company's dealign with you.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Who was the company who created the address link? Write to them and ask them to remove the incorrect data from your CallCredit file.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. Experian are going free now as well, just have to go via their CreditMatcher site to flog you credit card deals - some debate as to whether you get the report or just a score thoughSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
