I would derive great pleasure in not helping the OP with that attitude if I worked at the LR. Manners cost nothing as they say and people are generally far more willing to help you if you're not patronising, condescending and rude. A lesson the OP clearly hasn't learnt yet.

I tend to find (personally speaking) that people who call me names such as "moron" tend to receive a basic response with the minimal of information. Polite people though I will try to help even if it is just to sign post them. I also have my bosses permission to hang up on people who swear.
I find the polite approach (when I am the enquirer) tends to work really well, especially when asking for free advice.

We have SENT this TITLE INFORMATION on four, yes four occasions.
Is it possible that there is a department at the LR full of illiterate and innumerate morons?? One gets them in most Government departments

I don't think you've said anywhere on here whether you got a reply to any of your four previous attempts to contact the LR? What did the replies say?

I think we all know the answer.
It was explained that the correct information - the purchase price of the property - was shown, and that did not include the premium paid for contract reassignment. But the OP didn't like that, and threw their rattles out of the pram.

Yup, i called it.... you just cant help yourself can you.
OP i'm sure you will get your error corrected.................................sometime in 2018 (maybe) if you keep up with the moronic/idiotic/uneducated/bullish manner, and if they can be bothered to find your file filed under B for bin!
Educate yourself into finding some manners sir.
