apple I think your daughter's special food could legitimately count as medicine (special dietary requirements for medical reasons), if that helps. Sorry thrifty not intending to usurp your authority.

Welcome back apple, I feel for your daughter, I'm starting to try and avoid lactose at the moment as well as being gf as I've started to get symptoms again whilst being completely gf I think they'd count as 'medical'

I'm in - pretty sure I'm gonna be civilian - but might see if I can achieve civilian+ (between the 2 camps) where possible! (I am going to do some Xmas shopping in Nov, though - would stress me too much if I left the rest to Dec and I have some Dec bdays - plus I've built up a nice stash in my amaz0n acct from tcb and quidc0 to spend, so it's free money . There are some presents I can order in the next couple of days (plant based ones) so I'll sort at least those beforehand)

Only four days to go till we batten down the hatches. Count yourselves lucky that I'm not a drill sergeant like NinjaSavingCat and make you abide by the rules to the letter. :cool: Only joking.

Try to stick to them if you can (otherwise there is no point in this challenge) but of course make allowances for special circumstances.

Apple muncher maybe you could have a separate budget for your mums and DD's food and on days you only spend this money it's an NSD.

Thanks Thrifty for the number going to go hardcore Military for the month, as this month has been frightful. Too many social events.

I really don't want to increase my debt over Christmas so November is Clawback month. Only have 2 events planned, actually got 3 but going to cancel one of them. Do I really need another afternoon tea with all those cakes.?
Cupboards and freezer full - but no idea what - stock take this weekend.

No you don't have to but you can post your numbers if you like. Otherwise you just keep track of them yourself. Same with the grocery you don't have to post it I trust you to know what you usually spend and try to get it down but 5/10%.
