Could I please ask on point 4 A1 no to mediation and reasons you stated, if you know you won’t win and are willing to negotiate to a lower amount yet they said no to mediation, and don’t want an oral court case,

Why are you posting questions here? Have you read the last 3 posts? Have you read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 about court procedures? Do you have your own thread? If so, please post there.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
