I wanted to get a more explained in simply language for a dummy not english person!!quoted wording and generaly this point about driver and keeper matter:
1. everywhere is written never admit who was a driver and have i keep that agenda also in hearing, but the judge will ask who was driver, what i shoud tell then?
2. how it help me that im only keeper if I don't have any proof that was driving was another person? by updates of law they make assumption that it was the same person driver and keeper.0 -

Is it ok for me to ask on here for someone to take a quick look at my thread? (LBCCC - Gladstone Solicitors)
Just need to double check I'm doing the right thing. My head is swimming!
Thanks so much!0 -

nfortunately, the Law is not ewritten for such people. I am buying a house at the moment, and, even with my towering IQ, I am struggling to understand some of the legal stuff. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

As you have already been advised today
Please don't post in other people's threads.
All advice on court claims is covered in the Newbies FAQ #2
If you need further advice then you MUST start your own thread and not hijack others as you are doing today0 -
Hi,
Having read many threads over the last few months relating to receiving a PCN, followed by a letter from TRACE harassment from BWlegal and then a County Court Claim I am now in the process of writing my defence.
My defence is that the APNR evidence based on time entering and leaving the car park does not take into account the time spent/wasted trying to purchase the ticket from a faulty machine and then finding a long queue at their only working machine.
I did email a reply to NCP when I first received the fine explaining that their machine was faulty and asking for evidence that I had overstayed according the time I had paid for. This request was ignored!
Any help with wording this in my defence will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.0 -
You need to start a NEW THREAD back on page one (hit the 'back' button a few times).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Sorry I’ve just read all this and it’s very helpful. However He doesnt want to go to court and just wants papers so do I still fill in the DQ online? Not the form they sent? Could I suggest mediation even though they don’t want to on their DQ? I know He won’t win so was just hoping to get the amount reduced now really, what do you think please?0
